Наш клієнт — українська компанія, що працює у сфері сучасних фасадних рішень, виробництва та монтажу вентильованих фасадів. Компанія розвиває власний монтажний напрямок і працює з проєктами по всій Україні.

Чому ця вакансія варта уваги

  • Можливість створити та розвивати напрямок монтажу вентильованих фасадів як окрему бізнес-одиницю.

Основні обов’язки

  • Управління реалізацією монтажних проєктів по всій території України.
  • Підбір, оцінка, залучення та координація підрядних організацій і постачальників.
  • Контроль термінів, бюджетів, якості виконання робіт і календарних планів.
  • Планування ресурсів, завантаження команд і взаємодія з виробництвом, постачанням та комерційною командою.
  • Формування собівартості, участь у підготовці комерційних пропозицій і контроль маржинальності проєктів.
  • Проведення перемовин із замовниками та контроль договірних відносин із замовниками й підрядниками.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід управління монтажними, фасадними або будівельними проєктами.
  • Бажаний досвід у сфері вентильованих фасадів, світлопрозорих конструкцій або фасадних систем.
  • Досвід роботи з власними бригадами та підрядними організаціями.
  • Розуміння економіки будівельних проєктів, собівартості, бюджетів і маржинальності.
  • Вміння організовувати роботу команд, контролювати строки та відповідати за результат.
  • Системність, лідерство, стратегічне мислення та підприємницький підхід.

Буде перевагою

  • Вища будівельна освіта.
  • Практичний досвід саме з вентильованими фасадами або світлопрозорими конструкціями.

Умови роботи

  • Заробітна плата: ставка + відсоток
  • Формат роботи: офіс у Києві та робота на об’єктах.
  • Географія проєктів: вся територія України.
  • Графік: 9:00–18:00, можливий ненормований графік за потреби.
  • Додатково: паливна картка, компенсація амортизації автомобіля, бронювання
