Наш клієнт

Новий бізнес-проєкт зі створення мережі зарядних станцій для електромобілів в Україні. Перший фокус запуску — м. Київ, надалі планується масштабування в інші міста та на ключові транспортні маршрути.

Проєкт знаходиться на ранній стадії розвитку, тому компанія шукає керівника, який зможе взяти на себе запуск, організацію та масштабування мережі. У перспективі напрям також передбачає розвиток digital-шару, мобільного додатку та додаткових сервісів для монетизації.

Основні обов’язки

  • Розвивати та масштабувати мережу зарядних станцій для електромобілів в Україні.
  • Аналізувати потенційні локації, попит, транспортні потоки та економіку кожної точки.
  • Готувати поетапний план розгортання мережі з орієнтиром на масштабування до 500 локацій протягом 2 років.
  • Організовувати запуск точок: координувати роботу з підрядниками, орендодавцями, електромережами та іншими стейкхолдерами.
  • Контролювати строки, бюджети, якість реалізації та вирішення технічних, організаційних і документальних питань.
  • Формувати задачі для розробників щодо digital-шару, мобільного додатку та цифрових сервісів.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Вища освіта.
  • Досвід розвитку або масштабування мережі у сферах retail, АЗС, зарядної інфраструктури або суміжних напрямах.
  • Досвід роботи з локаціями, аналізом трафіку, попиту та комерційної доцільності відкриття точок.
  • Розуміння принципів побудови P&L або вміння скласти спрощену фінансову модель локації.
  • Сильні аналітичні здібності, системний підхід і здатність приймати рішення на основі розрахунків.
  • Самостійність, відповідальність, підприємницьке мислення та готовність пройти першу стадію запуску проєкту.

Буде перевагою

  • Дотичність до енергетики або розуміння специфіки підключення до електромереж.
  • Досвід постановки технічних задач IT-командам або розробникам у частині додатку, digital-сервісів чи клієнтського продукту.
  • Наявність автомобіля або готовність до регулярних виїздів по місту та регіонах.

Умови роботи

  • Локація: Україна, основний фокус запуску — м. Київ.
  • Формат роботи: робоче місце + активні виїзди по місту, локаціях та регіонах.
  • Графік роботи: орієнтовно з 09:00 до 18:00, можливий ненормований графік залежно від етапу запуску проєкту.
  • Оформлення у штат, випробувальний термін — 3 місяці.
  • Фінансова мотивація: фіксована частина + змінна частина за результатами / KPI.
  • Забезпечення засобами для роботи: автомобіль, ноутбук, телефон.
  • Можливість бронювання та перспектива розвитку ролі разом із масштабуванням мережі.
