Наш клієнт — виробнича компанія у сфері м'яких меблів, яка розвиває виробничі потужності та вдосконалює операційні процеси. Компанія шукає директора з виробництва, який забезпечить ефективну роботу підрозділів, масштабування виробництва та впровадження інструментів Lean Manufacturing.

Основні обов'язки

  • Керувати виробництвом м'яких меблів, координувати роботу 5–6 структурних підрозділів і забезпечувати виконання виробничих планів за обсягами, якістю та термінами.
  • Оптимізувати виробничі процеси, підвищувати продуктивність праці, знижувати втрати та контролювати дотримання технологічних стандартів.
  • Впроваджувати та розвивати інструменти Lean Manufacturing: 5S, Kaizen, VSM, стандартизовану роботу та безперервне вдосконалення.
  • Аналізувати виробничі KPI, контролювати собівартість, планувати бюджет і готувати управлінську звітність.
  • Розвивати управлінську команду та виробничий персонал, формувати ефективну систему організації роботи.
  • Забезпечувати дотримання вимог охорони праці, виробничої безпеки та стандартів якості

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Від 5 років успішного досвіду на керівних посадах саме у виробництві м'яких меблів.
  • Глибоке знання технологій виготовлення м'яких меблів, виробничих процесів і специфіки меблевого ринку.
  • Практичний досвід впровадження Lean Manufacturing та використання інструментів 5S, Kaizen, VSM і стандартизованої роботи.
  • Досвід управління великими виробничими командами від 500 осіб.
  • Знання методів виробничого планування, управління ресурсами, бюджетування та роботи з KPI, продуктивністю і собівартістю.
  • Сильні управлінські компетенції, системне мислення, відповідальність та орієнтація на вимірюваний результат.
