About Us

At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant & Business Partner to the Global President serves as a highly trusted administrative, operational, and executive support partner responsible for maximizing the effectiveness, focus, and impact of both the Global President and the Office of the Global President. As the sole dedicated support resource for the Office of the Global President, the role combines high-touch executive administration with operational and executive coordination and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, agility, and executive presence. The Global President leads the North America Leadership Team across all agency sectors, Studio, and Global Marketing; is an owner of the Global Executive Team; and works in close partnership with the Global CEO. This individual owns the daily rhythm of support for the Global President, including intensive calendar management, scheduling across competing priorities and time zones, travel planning, meeting logistics, communications support, and real-time problem-solving while also helping coordinate priorities, facilitate alignment across a complex global stakeholder landscape, and ensure effective execution of commitments and follow-through, while anticipating needs before they surface and ensuring the Global President is prepared, informed, and positioned to lead at the highest level.

Success in this role requires a rare combination of administrative excellence, operational rigor, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment. The individual in this role manages the flow of information, decisions, logistics, and commitments surrounding the Global President, helping coordinate fast-moving priorities, facilitate timely action across teams, regions, and functions, and ensure exceptional day-to-day execution in support of a demanding global schedule.

Maintain a tight working partnership with the Director of the Office of the Global CEO where priorities, meetings, and leadership coordination intersect.
  • Meetings, Travel, Logistics, and Operational Excellence Lead detailed preparation for meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up to ensure the Global President is consistently prepared and positioned for effective engagement. Manage complex global travel planning and itineraries with careful attention to scheduling, efficiency, business outcomes, executive preferences, contingency planning, and real-time adjustments. Oversee meeting and onsite logistics, technology readiness, hospitality, materials, and related support needs for executive meetings, events, recordings, and key leadership moments. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
