岗位职责 1. 系统设计与落地：独立负责一个或多个核心系统（种植/变异、宠物养成、建造装饰、订单任务、社交互访等）的方案设计，输出策划文档、流程图、数值表与配置清单。 2. 核心循环搭建：负责资源产出、经营建造、成长体系、任务与奖励循环的框架设计，构建轻松休闲、低压力但具备长线留存的经营闭环。 3. 数值与经济设计：独立完成所辖系统的数值设计（产出/消耗、权重、变异倍率、宠物助力等），保证经济系统健康、节奏可控。 4. 跨部门协作：与程序、美术、测试高效对接，跟进开发进度与实现质量，确保系统零误差上线。 5. 数据调优：对已上线系统进行效果预估与数据复盘，围绕留存、时长、活跃参与度等指标定位问题并提出迭代方案。 6. 竞品与用户研究：持续体验同类休闲经营/治愈养成产品，结合用户反馈输出优化建议与玩法提案。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，1-3 年游戏系统策划经验，有模拟经营、休闲养成产品经验者优先。 2. 有微信小游戏正式上线项目经验者优先，理解小游戏用户碎片化游玩习惯与轻量化设计思路。 3. 对中重度模拟经营经济系统有理解，对数值敏感，能独立完成数值框架与配表。 4. 热爱游戏，熟悉主流休闲经营产品，对治愈/女性向赛道有兴趣和同理心。 5. 具备良好的文档能力、沟通推进能力与抗压能力，能在快节奏版本迭代中稳定交付。 6. 关注玩家心理，能从运营数据与行为反馈中提炼优化方向。
