Ben jij maatschappelijk betrokken en heb je hart voor de zorg? Dan is een vrijwilligersrol als lid van de Cliëntenraad van Rijnstate misschien wel iets voor jou!

We zijn een diverse en serieuze raad met hart voor patiënten, voor de zorg en voor elkaar. Met het gemeenschappelijke patiëntenbelang en kwaliteit van zorg voorop, adviseert de Cliëntenraad aan de Raad van Bestuur, de medisch specialisten en aan Vitalys. Maar ook met de afdelingen, de Raad van Toezicht en met andere cliëntenraden hebben we nauw contact.

Wat doe je als lid?

Lid zijn van deze Cliëntenraad betekent meedoen, meedenken, gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren en instemmen over beleid van Rijnstate. Je zult de nodige stukken moeten lezen, maar we houden het graag praktisch. Naast algemene onderwerpen richt jij je, samen met een aantal andere leden, op een bepaald thema. Zo verdelen we aandachtsgebieden en taken.

Goed om te weten:

  • De tijdsbesteding is gemiddeld vijf uur per week als lid.
  • Het werk is vrijwillig, maar met een passende onkostenvergoeding; Je hebt ervaring in of gevoel voor de zorg óf hebt speciale kennis die je graag inzet voor patiënten (bijvoorbeeld juridisch, bouw of ict).
  • We werken volgens de Wet Medezeggenschap Cliënten Zorginstellingen (WMCZ 2018).
  • Je bent positief kritisch en kunt individuele problematieken vertalen naar gemeenschappelijke belangen.
  • De Cliëntenraad komt 14 keer per jaar bij elkaar op een donderdagavond. Daarnaast zijn er activiteiten met jouw themawerkgroep.
  • Je woont in het verzorgingsgebied van Rijnstate.
  • Volgen van scholing over de WMCZ 2018 en eventuele andere facultatieve cursussen over het CR-werk.
