Als medewerker Steriele Medische Hulpmiddelen (MSMH) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen, desinfecteren, controleren en steriliseren van instrumenten, die zijn gebruikt bij ingrepen. We zijn trots op onze werkomgeving. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een goed functionerende CSA, dat van essentieel belang is voor de continuïteit van de hoogcomplexe patiëntenzorg. Zorgvuldigheid staat bij ons dan ook hoog in het vaandel en we werken daarom veel volgens protocollen. Wij zetten dagelijks onze kennis, vaardigheden en enthousiasme in om bij te dragen aan een goed lopend OK proces.

Werken op de afdeling CSA

Onze Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling (CSA) is een afdeling binnen de divisie Planbare Zorg, waaronder ook het Operatiekamercomplex (OKC) valt. Op onze CSA zorgen wij voor het reinigen, desinfecteren, controleren, samenstellen, steriliseren en distribueren van alle reusable medische hulpmiddelen die gebruikt zijn bij een ingreep ten behoeve van de operatieafdeling, poliklinieken en andere gebruikers van steriele medische hulpmiddelen.

De CSA is een kritische schakel in het totale bedrijfsproces van de operatieafdeling en poliklinieken en is daarom 24 uur per dag 7 dagen per week in bedrijf. In de nachten en delen van het weekend werken wij met bereikbaarheidsdiensten. We hebben een groot en divers team. Samen met de CSD (Centrale Scopen Desinfectie) tellen we 55 medewerkers.

Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Afgeronde opleiding als medewerker steriele medische hulpmiddelen (ROC/LOI).
  • Recente werkervaring als medewerker steriele medische hulpmiddelen.
  • Je bent secuur en je hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent in staat adequaat in te spelen op veranderende omstandigheden en je kunt daadkrachtig optreden.
  • Je bent flexibel; je houdt jezelf staande in een technische en complexe omgeving en ben je uitstekend bestand tegen stressvolle situaties.
  • Je bent een echte doener en steekt de handen graag uit de mouwen.

Rijnstate biedt jou:

  • Dienstverband van 36 uur voor bepaalde tijd (12 maanden) met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Inschaling in FWG 35 conform cao-ziekenhuizen ( max. € 3.724,- bruto p.m., o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.). De inschaling geschiedt aan de hand van opleiding en ervaring.
