The posting

Per direct zoeken wij 2 enthousiaste collega MDL artsen om als Chef de clinique bij de vakgroep MDL in Rijnstate Arnhem te werken. Wij verwachten dat in 2027 een plaats als staflid beschikbaar komt.

Het betreft een tijdelijke aanstelling voor een jaar. Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt om kennis te maken met de dagelijkse MDL-praktijk in een STZ-ziekenhuis met supra regionale adherentie en een breed palet aan aandachtsgebieden.

Wie zijn wij

Op de afdeling werken 14 enthousiaste MDL-artsen. Patiëntenzorg van hoge kwaliteit en ambitie in opleiding/onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek kenmerkt de groep. Er is een MDL-opleiding in samenwerking met het Radboudumc Nijmegen.

Samen met basisartsen en AIOS, MDL verpleegkundig specialisten, verpleegkundig endoscopisten, een physician assistant en een arts onderzoeker oefenen wij het vakgebied in de volle breedte uit. Er is bijzondere expertise in motiliteit, hepatologie, IBD, coeliakie en interventie endoscopie. De vakgroep heeft de beschikking over 37 klinische MDL-bedden, een ruime polikliniekunit en een goed geoutilleerde endoscopieafdeling met zeven kamers, inclusief röntgendoorlichtingskamer en een ruimte voor functie-onderzoek. Er bestaat een intensieve samenwerking met onder andere de afdeling Gastro-intestinale Chirurgie (met speciale aandacht voor oncologie, bariatrie en IBD zorg), Radiologie, Pathologie, Medische Oncologie en Kindergeneeskunde.

Jouw baan?

Als Chef de clinique participeer je in alle voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen onze afdeling, inclusief diensten. Wij bieden een werkomgeving met een zelfstandig werkende en superviserende rol, met gealloceerde tijd voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling in een deelgebied naar keuze uit advanced endoscopy, motiliteit, oncologie, bariatrie, IBD. Het contract van Chef de Clinique betreft een aanstelling naar keuze van 0,8 – 1 fte, voor een periode van 12 maanden.

Salariëring geschiedt volgens de AMS-regeling.

Wie ben jij?

  • Jij bent een enthousiaste en ambitieuze MDL-arts die het vak in de volle breedte wil uitoefenen.
  • Je vervult een belangrijke rol bij het opleiden van arts-assistenten, co-assistenten en verpleegkundigen.
  • Ook zij die binnenkort hun opleiding afronden worden uitgenodigd te reageren.
