Ben jij de secretariële duizendpoot die wij zoeken voor de vakgroep Interne Geneeskunde?

Als secretaresse van de Interne Geneeskunde ben jij de spil van de vakgroep als het gaat om secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met de het bestuur van de vakgroep, de vakgroepmanager, de managementassistent, vakgroepleden en je collega’s op het secretariaat.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan secretariële, administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je beheert agenda's, verzorgt telefoon- en correspondentieverkeer, verwerkt administratieve gegevens en ondersteunt bij de organisatie van bijeenkomsten en vergaderingen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het voorbereiden, notuleren en uitwerken van diverse medische en organisatorische overleggen. Je werkt hierbij dagelijks met geautomatiseerde systemen en draagt zorg voor een correcte verwerking van correspondentie, verslagen en overige documentatie. Met het realiseren van deze uitdagende puzzel lever jij jouw bijdrage aan optimale patiëntenzorg.

Werken voor de vakgroep Interne geneeskunde

De vakgroep Interne geneeskunde bestaat uit 34 internisten die werken in verschillende subspecialismen. Naast algemene Interne geneeskunde zijn dit endocrinologie, hematologie, infectieziekten, nefrologie, oncologie en vasculair interne geneeskunde. Er werken ca. 40 arts assistenten (wel en niet in opleiding). Daarnaast zijn er binnen de diverse subspecialismen verpleegkundig consulenten en verpleegkundig specialisten werkzaam. Deze grote en ambitieuze vakgroep wordt ondersteund door het secretariaat. Op het secretariaat werkt een enthousiast, ervaren team van acht collega’s.

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Je hebt een mbo diploma (niveau 4) richting secretarieel/administratief.
  • Diploma medische terminologie is een pre.
  • Goede en actuele kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als medisch secretaresse of management assistent in de gezondheidszorg.
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld en schakelt makkelijk tussen diverse samenwerkingspartners. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kunt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met notuleren.
  • Je kunt omgaan met weerstand; je blijft positief, houdt rekening met ieders belang maar durft hierbij ook kritisch te zijn naar anderen en je zelf.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent ook een teamspeler. Je bent accuraat, nieuwsgierig, inventief en flexibel.

Rijnstate biedt jou

  • Inschaling FWG 35 (min. €2.630 en max. € 3.724- bruto p.m., o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.).
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 16 uur (worden in overleg en flexibel ingepland: 2 hele dagen of uren verdelen over 3 dagen) voor bepaalde tijd (12 maanden) met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
