Ontwikkel je bij Rijnstate tot sedatie praktijk specialist (SPS)! Jij bent dé spil in veilige en professionele sedatiezorg. Je beoordeelt zelfstandig de fysieke conditie van patiënten, bepaalt de ASA-classificatie en zorgt voor het informed consent. Jij regelt de voorbereiding, uitvoering én nazorg van PSA bij verschillende patiëntgroepen eventueel met ondersteuning van een anesthesioloog.

Je bewaakt de vitale functies, grijpt snel in bij acute verandering en volgt de protocollen nauwkeurig. Jij zorgt ervoor dat patiënten met een gerust hart hun onderzoek of behandeling doorkomen én veilig naar huis gaan. Je werkt buiten de operatiekamer, verspreid over verschillende functieafdelingen en behandelkamers. Hierdoor is jouw werk dynamisch, afwisselend en multidisciplinair.

Opleiding tot sedatie praktijk specialist

Als SPS-in-opleiding word je opgeleid tot zelfstandig werkende sedatie specialist. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende specialismen en speelt een actieve rol in het verder vormgeven van deze functie binnen Rijnstate. De functie is dynamisch en in ontwikkeling, dus een proactieve houding is belangrijk. Jij denkt mee, bouwt mee, en zorgt ervoor dat het sedatieproces steeds beter wordt.

De opleiding tot SPS kun je volgen bij UMC Utrecht, Amsterdam UMC, of het Erasmus MC (Rotterdam). Samen kijken we welke opleider het beste bij jou past! Het praktijkgedeelte volg je intern en de les- en examendagen zijn binnen werktijd. Daarnaast wordt zowel de volledige opleiding als eventuele studieboeken volledig betaald door Rijnstate!

Werken binnen het Sedatieteam

Sinds 2013 zorgt het sedatieteam van Rijnstate voor veilige en professionele sedaties buiten het OK-complex, in lijn met de richtlijn procedurele sedaties en/of analgesie (PSA). Ons team bestaat inmiddels uit zes toegewijde SPS’ers. Dagelijks verzorgen wij procedurele sedatie, vooral bij endoscopieën binnen de specialismen MDL en Longgeneeskunde, maar ook bij de Pijn poli, Kaakchirurgie, Gynaecologie, Cardiologie, Radiologie en andere disciplines.

Daarnaast draait ons team elke werkdag een pre-sedatiespreekuur, waar we patiënten screenen op geschiktheid voor PSA. Naast het verzorgen van sedatie bij de verschillende specialismen kom je ook te werken op ons hyper moderne OKC. Om aan de vraag te blijven voldoen breiden we ons team uit en daar hebben we jou voor nodig! Kortom een afwisselende job in een topklinisch ziekenhuis!

Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Je bent een anesthesiemedewerker met een afgeronde CZO opleiding en je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen een klein, hecht team.
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren, een onmisbare eigenschap tijdens je opleiding!
  • Je hebt zin in ontwikkeling, samenwerking én een nieuw avontuur!

Rijnstate biedt jou:

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris volgens cao-ziekenhuizen.
  • Een volledig betaalde opleiding op een dynamische werkplek binnen ons ziekenhuis.
  • Een contract voor minimaal 32 uur voor de duur van 12 maanden, met intentie voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Inschaling tijdens de opleiding in FWG 55 schaal (max. € 5.503, - ) bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek, inschaling naar ervaring.
  • Na succesvol afronden van de opleiding word je ingeschaald als sedatie praktijk specialist in FWG 60 (max. € 6220, -).
