Wij adviseren bij alle vragen en uitdagingen op het gebied van Finance, Tax, HR & Legal. Trots zijn wij op de diversiteit binnen onze organisatie wat team, cultuur en klanten betreft.

Om te kunnen groeien zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant en Senior Accountant voor 32-40 uur per week.

Waarom wil je als accountant bij ons werken?

  • Je kunt rekenen op een goed salaris van maximaal € 5.914,80 bruto per maand voor de accountant functie en maximaal € 7.310,43 bruto per maand voor de senior accountant functie. Dit is op basis van een 40-urige werkweek

  • Dat maakt dat je veel vrijheid hebt
  • Bij Alan & Luca wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook tijd voor gezelligheid (bedrijfsuitjes, borrels, uitgebreide lunches)

Waar ga je je mee bezig houden?

Als Accountant sta je naast onze klant op belangrijke momenten van veranderingen van juridische structuren tot bedrijfsopvolging. Je spreekt over de jaarrekening en tussentijdse cijfers, signaleert ontwikkelmogelijkheden bij de klant en adviseert in de bedrijfsvoering. Je kijkt niet alleen achteruit maar juist ook vooruit en helpt klanten om hun ambities waar te maken. Dit doe je samen met jouw collega's van allerlei disciplines zoals Controlling, HR en Legal. Deze samenwerking maakt dat je continu je eigen kennis kan verbreden. In het klantteam bedienen jullie een mooi divers klantenpakket zowel nationaal als internationaal en streven jullie beiden om de klant elke dag een stapje verder te helpen.

Je bent gemotiveerd, doelgericht, kritisch, ambitieuze, sociaal en voortdurend gericht op ontwikkeling, zowel van jezelf, je collega's als onze organisatie. Verder heb je een:

  • Een afgeronde AA/RA opleiding of in de laatste fase
  • Tussen de 3 en 8 jaar relevante werkervaring voor een accountant en vanaf 8 jaar senior accountant
  • Een commerciële werkhouding
  • Het vermogen om gesprekspartner op elk niveau te zijn met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de kennis en wet- en regelgeving binnen de Accountancy en blijft hierin investeren
  • Je hebt inlevings- en analytisch vermogen, bent luistervaardig en leergierig
  • Je bent vaardig met ICT-applicaties en ziet de noodzaak en uitdaging van digitalisering

Wij bieden jou

  • Een goed salaris: maximaal € 5.914,80 bruto per maand voor de accountant en maximaal € 7.310,43 voor de senior accountant. Je wordt ingedeeld op basis van je opleiding en ervaring. De hoeveelheden zijn op basis van een 40 uur durende werkweek
  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd
