Om te kunnen groeien zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Assistent Accountant voor 24-40 uur per week.

Waarom wil je als senior assistent accountant bij ons werken?

  • Je komt te werken voor heel diverse klanten, zowel nationaal als internationaal

  • Je kunt rekenen op een goed salaris van maximaal € 4884,70 bruto per maand voor deze functie, op basis van een 40 uur durende werkweek. We bieden ruime groeimogelijkheden in salaris als je ontwikkeling naar bijvoorbeeld de functie van accountant

  • Let op je ambitie: We ondersteunen je bij jouw groeipad, of dat nu is in jouw eigen functie of in eventuele ambities richting bijvoorbeeld accountant en senior accountant (doorgroeien is niet verplicht)
  • Je werkt afwisselend bij de klant, in ons nieuwe kantoorpand in Zoetermeer, of thuis.

  • Bij Alan & Luca wordt hard gewerkt maar er is ook tijd voor gezelligheid (bedrijfsuitjes, borrels, uitgebreide lunches)

Waar ga je je mee bezig houden?

Ben je klaar voor je eigen klantenteam om je heen? Als senior assistent accountant werk je samen in het team wat uit ongeveer 15 collega's bestaat. Je begeleidt enkele collega's en het is jouw uitdaging om onze klanten verder te brengen met zijn/haar onderneming. Samen met de accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de jaarrekening. Planning, budget en deadlines gaan jou eenvoudig af. Je onderhoudt klantcontact en gaat graag op uit naar onze klanten, niet alleen om de jaarrekening te accepteren maar ook om het juiste advies te geven. Jij luistert naar de wensen van onze klanten, maar kan ook een kritische blik werpen op de tussentijdse cijfers. Jij helpt onze klanten verder in alle fasen van zijn/haar bestaan.

Daarnaast stel je aangiften en begrotingen op, stel je de jaarrekening samen en zorg je voor tussentijdse rapportages. Ondertussen bouw je aan een grotere klantenportfolio en verantwoordelijkheden.

Je bent klantgericht, gedreven, doelgericht, kritisch, gericht op ontwikkeling en sociaal. Verder heb je een:

  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Accountancy of een andere relevante opleiding
  • Je beschikt over 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een relevante functie
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de kennis en wet- en regelgeving binnen de Accountancy en blijft hierin investeren
  • Je hebt een inlevings- en analytisch vermogen, bent luistervaardig en leergierig
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je bent handig met ICT-applicaties en ziet de moeilijk en uitdaging van digitalisering

Wij bieden jou

  • Een salaris van maximaal € 4884,70 (op basis van een 40 uur durende werkweek) voor deze functie met ruime groeimogelijkheden in salaris als je doorgroeit naar bijvoorbeeld de functie van accountant. Je wordt afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
