Over pleegzorg

De pleegzorg binnen XONAR is centraal georganiseerd en wordt decentraal uitgevoerd in de regio’s Maastricht-Heuvelland, Parkstad-Limburg en Westelijke Mijnstreek. In deze functie kom je terecht in een team met begeleiders pleegzorg. Inhoudelijk word je aangestuurd door een gedragswetenschapper. Daarnaast is er een team VSM, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de voorbereiding, selectie en matching van pleegouders.

Jouw rol, jouw verantwoordelijkheden

De functie richt zich op het begeleiden en ondersteunen van ouders, pleegouders en de bij hen opgenomen jeugdige met als doel de kwaliteit van het verloop van de pleeggezinplaatsing te bevorderen. Het is een voortdurend schakelen tussen hulpverlenen, coachen, begeleiden en het steeds verbinden van allen die van belang zijn om het kind tot een gezond persoon te laten opgroeien.

Samen én met passie ondernemen, dat ben jij! Daarnaast zijn wij op zoek naar een collega die:

  • Beschikt over een relevante afgeronde HBO opleiding;
  • SKJ geregistreerd is;
  • Kennis heeft van pedagogiek en ontwikkelingspsychologie;
  • Kennis heeft van de sociale kaart;
  • Kennis heeft van gezinssystemen, de afwijkingen en het disfunctioneren;
  • Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden heeft;
  • Stressbestendig is en improvisatievermogen heeft bij interventies en crisissituaties.

We zoeken een collega voor 20 - 24 uur. Deze functie valt in schaal 9, CAO Jeugdzorg.
