Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Garching bei München einen engagierten Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung für die Gesellschaft Westhouse Professionals
  • Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen mittels ELO und DATEV
  • Vorkontierung von Rechnungen sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Buchungen in DATEV
  • Prüfung, Freigabe und Abrechnung von Reisekosten externer Mitarbeiter
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des täglichen Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Zahlläufe
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlussbuchungen und Abstimmung der Konten
  • Bildung und Verbuchung von Rückstellungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses
  • Pflege und Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Vorbereitung relevanter Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer

Deine Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in, Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ELO for DATEV
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Monatsabschluss, Rückstellungen und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
