Als Consultant bei Westhouse Schweiz AG steuerst du den gesamten Recruiting- und Vermittlungsprozess: von der Neukundenakquise über die Kandidatensuche bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden aus dem IT- und Tech-Umfeld zusammen, baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf und entwickelst dein eigenes Netzwerk kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Auf- und Ausbau deines Kundenportfolios in der DACH-Region
  • Eigenverantwortliche Rekrutierung von IT- und SAP-Spezialist:innen im Contracting
  • Betreuung des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses: Kundenbriefing, Kandidateninterviews, Angebotsverhandlungen
  • Nutzung von sozialen Netzwerken und unserer internen Datenbank für die Kandidatensuche
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance in der Schweiz und Unterstützung bei der Vertragsgestaltung

Deine Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Recruitment-/Personalberatungsbranche, idealerweise im Bereich IT oder Tech Recruitment
  • Hunter-Mentalität mit echter Leidenschaft für Kundenentwicklung und Candidate Engagement
  • Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Abschlussstärke
  • Fliessende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich; jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
