Deine Aufgaben

  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst qualifizierte Spezialist:innen über unsere Datenbank, Business-Netzwerke, Social Media und weitere Recruiting-Kanäle.
  • Du führst telefonische und persönliche Interviews und bewertest die fachliche sowie persönliche Eignung der Kandidat:innen.
  • Du begleitest Kandidat:innen über den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess hinweg und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience.
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Qualifikationsprofile und präsentierst geeignete Kandidat:innen unseren Vertriebsteams und Kunden.
  • Du betreust externe Mitarbeitende während ihres Projekteinsatzes und stehst ihnen als Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite.
  • Du baust unser Kandidatennetzwerk aktiv aus und pflegst eine nachhaltige Beziehung zu Kandidat:innen.

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Vertrieb oder in der Personaldienstleistung mit und hast Freude daran, Menschen und Möglichkeiten zusammenzubringen.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän, trittst professionell auf und schaffst es, Kandidat:innen für neue berufliche Perspektiven zu begeistern.
  • Du bist ehrgeizig, lösungsorientiert und gehst Themen mit Eigeninitiative und einer hands-on Mentalität an.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren Prozessen gleichzeitig den Überblick und verlierst dein Ziel nicht aus den Augen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und verstehst es, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Kandidat:innen und Kolleg:innen aufzubauen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
