O que buscamos

  • Experiência sólida em gestão de contratos
  • Vivência com contratos públicos e privados
  • Atenção a detalhes e rigor na leitura de cláusulas e na gestão de prazos
  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Direito, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas
  • Excel e pacote Office

Será um diferencial:

  • Conhecimento da Lei nº 14.133/2021
  • Experiência em empresas de energia, equipamentos, locação ou serviços industriais
  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão de contratos e assinatura eletrônica

Perfil que valorizamos Organização, autonomia, integridade, comunicação objetiva e capacidade de articulação entre áreas.

Buscamos um responsável por gerir a carteira de contratos públicos e privados do Grupo WGL e por acompanhar nossos processos licitatórios. É uma posição de grande responsabilidade, com interface com Jurídico, Financeiro, Comercial e Operações, e com impacto real na segurança e no resultado do negócio.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Gerir todo o ciclo de vida dos contratos: análise de minutas, formalização, vigência, aditivos, reajustes, renovações e encerramentos
  • Acompanhar editais e preparar a documentação de habilitação e propostas em licitações
  • Controlar prazos, obrigações e certidões, antecipando vencimentos e alertando as áreas envolvidas
  • Identificar riscos contratuais e encaminhá-los ao Jurídico e à gestão
  • Manter o repositório contratual organizado, completo e rastreável
  • Produzir relatórios e indicadores sobre a carteira de contratos
