Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, data entry, correspondence and general office support.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, transportation and related logistics.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including purchasing pantry supplies, stationery and other office necessities.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers on office maintenance, supplies, deliveries and other administrative matters.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, expense claims and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in general administration, office management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organisational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive, with a positive working attitude.
  • Location: West!
