Das Institut für Management und Controlling (IMC) der WHU ist ein führender Think Tank im Bereich Controlling und Unternehmenssteuerung. Unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Lukas Löhlein, Prof. Dr. Marko Reimer und Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer bündelt das Institut die zahlreichen Forschungs-, Lehr- und Praxisaktivitäten der beteiligten Hochschullehrenden, Mitarbeitenden und Doktoranden.

Diese Vollzeit-Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie organisieren und betreuen die am Institut stattfindenden Konferenzen, Workshops, Seminare und Round Tables in Präsenz, online und hybrid.
  • Sie kommunizieren und koordinieren mit unseren Dienstleistern und Serviceabteilungen, extern und innerhalb der WHU, um den reibungslosen Ablauf der Veranstaltungen zu gewährleisten.
  • Sie entwickeln die Veranstaltungen konzeptionell weiter.
  • Sie verantworten und koordinieren das gesamte Veranstaltungsmarketing inkl. Einladungs- und Pressetexten sowie der Social-Media-Aktivitäten.
  • Sie unterstützen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben am Institut.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Event- und / oder Projektmanagement
  • Exzellente organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Verständnis und Proaktivität
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit gepaart mit einer eigenständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozial- und Teamkompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
