Die WHU sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Vallendar einen Manager (w/m/d) für das International Relations Office in Teilzeit (30 Std.Woche). Das International Relations Office ist ein engagiertes und flexibles Team, das die Studierenden-Austauschaktivitäten der WHU mit ihren mehr als 220 Partneruniversitäten auf der ganzen Welt organisiert und betreut.

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme vielfältiger Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams des International Relations Office
  • Koordination der Austauschprogramme mit internationalen Partneruniversitäten
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Incoming- und Outgoing- Austauschstudierenden entlang des gesamten Austauschprozesses
  • Organisation und Koordination des online stattfindenden Bachelor European Summer Program
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Ausländerbehörde in Koblenz in Bezug auf Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen für internationale Austauschstudierende
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Bereich Erasmus+ sowie bei der Organisation des vor Ort stattfindenden MBA European Summer Program
  • Übernahme weiterer austauschbezogener Aufgaben und Projekte, wie beispielsweise die Entwicklung und Pflege einer Moodle-Seite für Austauschstudierende

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie exzellente Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Nachweisbare Interkulturelle Kompetenz (z. B. durch Auslandsstudium oder Berufserfahrung im Ausland)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
