Du bist das strategische Bindeglied zwischen Markt, Kunden und unseren agilen Entwicklungsteams. Als Business Analyst gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer etablierten ERP-Unternehmenssoftware P/5 aktiv mit. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Finanz- und Abrechnungslösungen für den Healthcare-, Sozial- und Kirchenbereich genau das tun, was wirklich zählt: den Arbeitsalltag unserer Kunden durch smarte, moderne Software spürbar einfacher machen.

  • Marktanalyse & Innovation: Du spürst neue Markttrends sowie Kundenbedarfe auf und gibst wichtige Impulse, um unsere ERP-Module rund um Finanzbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Die Übersetzer-Rolle: Du durchdringst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und übersetzt diese in klare, strukturierte und direkt umsetzbare Anforderungen (User Stories & Spezifikationen) für die Softwareentwicklung.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement & Priorisierung: Auf Augenhöhe mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern und Consultants bewertest und priorisierst du Anforderungen für eine nahtlose Systemlandschaft.
  • Umsetzungsbegleitung: Von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Release begleitest du das Entwicklungsteam fachlich und stellst sicher, dass die Lösungen in der Praxis genau ins Schwarze treffen.
  • Gemeinsame Vision: Du schaffst ein einheitliches Verständnis über alle Stakeholder hinweg und hältst die Fäden für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Standard-Software zusammen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion im Software-Umfeld
  • Ein sicheres methodisches Fundament in der Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und einer klaren, verständlichen Dokumentation
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management: Du verstehst es, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen, gezielt nachzufragen und Anforderungen sauber auf den Punkt zu bringen

Nice-to-haves:

  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen, Abrechnungsprozessen oder der Finanzbuchhaltung (falls noch nicht tief vorhanden, arbeiten wir dich fachlich fundiert ein!)
  • Branchenkenntnisse oder Interesse an unseren Zielmärkten im Sozialwesen, Healthcare-Sektor oder Kirchenbereich

GEHALTSINFORMATIONEN

Das vorgesehene Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 60.000€ und 75.000€ brutto jährlich. Die konkrete Einstufung erfolgt anhand der relevanten Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation und Kompetenzen. Bei nachweislich überdurchschnittlicher Expertise oder besonderen fachlichen Qualifikationen ist auch eine Vergütung oberhalb dieser Gehaltsspanne möglich.
