Deine Mission bei uns

  • Technologische Basis gestalten: Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere zentralen Framework-Komponenten auf Basis von Java und Quarkus und schaffst damit eine leistungsfähige Grundlage für unsere Entwicklungsteams.
  • Automatisierung vorantreiben: Du konzipierst, betreibst und optimierst moderne CI/CD-Pipelines und automatisierst Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse, um unsere Softwareentwicklung effizienter und zuverlässiger zu machen.
  • Cloud-Infrastruktur weiterentwickeln: Du gestaltest unsere Kubernetes-basierte Infrastruktur in Microsoft Azure (AKS) aktiv mit und setzt moderne Ansätze wie Infrastructure as Code und Monitoring ein.
  • Künstliche Intelligenz integrieren: Du bringst KI-gestützte Entwicklungswerkzeuge und innovative Workflows in unseren Entwicklungsalltag und wirkst an zukunftsweisenden KI-Funktionen wie MCP-Integrationen mit.
  • Teams befähigen und Standards setzen: Du unterstützt unsere Produktteams als technischer Sparringspartner, entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen nachhaltige Architekturstandards und förderst den teamübergreifenden Wissensaustausch.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Fundierte Erfahrung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung.
  • Java-Expertise: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Java-Entwicklung und hast idealerweise bereits mit modernen Frameworks wie Quarkus oder Spring Boot gearbeitet.
  • DevOps-Know-how: Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines mit und kennst dich mit Tools wie GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps oder Jenkins aus.
  • Cloud- und Container-Technologien: Docker, Kubernetes und moderne Cloud-Plattformen gehören zu deinem technologischen Werkzeugkasten – idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure gesammelt.
  • Begeisterung für KI: Du setzt KI-gestützte Coding Assistants und LLM-basierte Werkzeuge bereits aktiv in deinem Entwicklungsalltag ein und hast Freude daran, neue technologische Möglichkeiten zu erschließen.
  • Zusätzliche technische Kompetenzen: Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, Bicep oder Helm), Monitoring und Observability sowie in der Integration von LLMs über APIs, RAG oder MCP mit. Erfahrungen mit PostgreSQL, Messaging-Systemen sowie automatisierten Tests und Security-Scans runden dein Profil ab.
  • Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst lösungsorientiert und verstehst dich als Teamplayer, der sein Wissen gerne weitergibt und andere Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler unterstützt.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Weiterentwicklung: Du kommunizierst souverän über Team- und Standortgrenzen hinweg, bringst Mentoring-Kompetenz mit und begeisterst dich dafür, neue Technologien kennenzulernen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.
