  • Du bist Teil des Teams und lernst alle Prozesse und Abläufe der modernen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung kennen
  • Du begleitest Maßnahmen wie z.B. Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche oder unsere Mitarbeiterbefragung
  • Du unterstützt bei der organisatorischen Betreuung von Trainingsmaßnahmen
  • Du lernst Team-Meetings und kleine Workshops zu planen und zu moderieren
  • Du begleitest die Konzeption z.B. neuer Dialog-Formate oder eines Talentprogramms
  • Du organisierst und betreust unseren Welcome-Day
  • Du arbeitest in unternehmensweiten, durch Mitarbeitende initiierten, Projekten mit

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Qualifikation: Du absolvierst ein Studium mit geistes-, sozial- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, wie z. B. Psychologie, Soziologie oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich durch Praktika oder studienbegleitende Tätigkeiten gesammelt.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, arbeitest eigenständig und holst dir die Unterstützung, die du brauchst.
  • Kommunikation: Du trittst selbstbewusst auf, bist offen im Umgang mit Menschen und kommunizierst empathisch und effektiv. Dein deutsches und englisches Ausdrucksvermögen ist sehr gut.
