Du bist Taktgeber für die Entwicklung unserer ERP-Abrechnungssoftware p/5w im Modul Finanzbuchhaltung. Als Product Owner stellst du sicher, dass wir den maximalen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden im Social-, Healthcare- und Kirchenbereich liefern. Du beobachtest den Markt, priorisierst das Backlog und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in zukunftsweisende Standard-Software.

  • Produktvision & Roadmap: Du erfasst aktiv Marktbedarfe und analysierst Konkurrenzprodukte, um die strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Produkts im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung zu prägen.
  • Vom Bedürfnis zur User Story: Du verstehst die Kernbedürfnisse unserer Kunden und übersetzt diese in klare, wertstiftende User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien für dein Entwicklungsteam.
  • Backlog Management & Priorisierung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Beratern und Stakeholdern pflegst und priorisierst du das Product Backlog für die Bereiche Abrechnung, Finanzbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr, um stets das Wichtigste zuerst zu liefern.
  • Entwicklungsbegleitung: Du stehst dem Team während der Sprints als fachlicher Ansprechpartner zur Seite, begleitest die Umsetzung und nimmst die neuen Features für die Finanzbuchhaltung ab.
  • Gemeinsame Vision: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Stakeholder und das Scrum-Team ein einheitliches Zielbild und ein gemeinsames Verständnis für die zukünftige Ausrichtung unserer Standard-Software haben.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion
  • Ein sicheres, praxiserprobtes methodisches Fundament in den Bereichen Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und Dokumentation
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management: Du weißt genau, wie man verschiedene Interessengruppen gezielt einbindet, Anforderungen priorisiert und in klare User Stories oder Spezifikationen übersetzt

Nice-to-haves:

  • Praxiserfahrung im Umfeld komplexer ERP-Systeme oder fundiertes Fachwissen in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erste Berührungspunkte oder Branchenkenntnisse in unseren Zielmärkten (Sozialwesen, Healthcare oder Kirchenbereich)
