Als Business Performance Manager (m/w/d) bist Du weit mehr als die kaufmännische Schnittstelle unserer Product Unit ENER:GY: Du verstehst Dich als aktiver Business Partner, der wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge erkennt, Impulse setzt und gemeinsam mit dem Leadership Team unser Business voranbringt.

  • Du hast die Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Product Unit fest im Blick, schaffst kaufmännische Transparenz und identifizierst aktiv Potenziale, um unser Business nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du analysierst relevante betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und verantwortest gemeinsam mit Finance die Vorbereitung von Planung und Forecast.
  • Du bereitest Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unser Leadership Team auf, erkennst finanzielle Chancen, Risiken und Handlungsbedarfe frühzeitig und leitest daraus konkrete Empfehlungen und Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du wartest nicht darauf, dass Themen bei Dir landen: Du setzt Impulse, gehst voran und treibst wirtschaftlich relevante Themen eigenständig bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du steuerst strategische Initiativen und relevante Kundenprojekte aus kaufmännischer Perspektive und sorgst für Transparenz über Fortschritt, Budgets, Risiken und Zielerreichung.
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungs- und Effizienzpotenziale und bringst Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern voran.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Lieferantenmanagement unserer Product Unit und koordinierst die damit verbundenen kaufmännischen und Procurement-Prozesse.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation und bringst Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting mit.
  • Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch, erkennst wirtschaftliche Chancen, Risiken und Handlungsbedarfe und leitest daraus konkrete Empfehlungen und Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du überzeugst durch Ownership, Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke: Du setzt Impulse, gehst voran und bringst Themen selbstständig und konsequent ins Ziel.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement mit, arbeitest sicher mit Daten und komplexen Informationen und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick.
  • Du trittst souverän und verbindlich auf, kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und kannst unterschiedliche Stakeholder für Deine Themen gewinnen. Erfahrung im Software-/IT-Umfeld sowie im Lieferantenmanagement oder Procurement ist ein Plus.
