Du kennst die Energiewirtschaft in- und auswendig und möchtest dein Wissen nutzen, um nicht nur Kunden zu beraten, sondern ein ganzes Team fachlich aufs nächste Level zu heben?

Als Consulting Lead (m/w/d) bist du der fachliche Motor für unser Team und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösung nts.suite maßgeblich voran. Du agierst in einer Schlüsselrolle mit enormem Gestaltungsspielraum und echter Verantwortung – bewusst ohne starre disziplinarische Führungsaufgaben, dafür mit vollem Fokus auf Mentoring, Prozesse und smarte ERP-Lösungen.

  • Fachliches Leadership & Ansprechperson: Hauptansprechpartner:in für das Team, inkl. erster Eskalationsstufe, fachlicher Unterstützung und Sicherstellung eines hohen Ausbildungs- und Wissensstands.
  • Teamorganisation & Alignment: Planung und Durchführung von Teammeetings, strukturierter Informationsaustausch sowie Vertretung der Teaminteressen in der Linie und bereichsübergreifend.
  • Prozess- & Organisationsentwicklung: Aktive Mitarbeit an internen Prozessen sowie Unterstützung des Head of Consulting in Status- und optional Zielvereinbarungsgesprächen.
  • Beratung & Projektumsetzung: Kundenberatung zu Marktkommunikation, Billing und marktrelevanten Prozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit ERP und Entwicklung zur Lösung komplexer Anforderungen.
  • Workshops, Schulungen & Implementierung: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops/Trainings sowie Begleitung der Einführung der nts.suite und von Projekten zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Dein Fundament: Du hast tiefgreifendes Know-how in der Energiewirtschaft (insbesondere Marktkommunikation und Billing).
  • Deine Erfahrung: Du bist routiniert in der fachlichen Projektsteuerung und bringst idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen und den entsprechenden Schnittstellen mit.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise: Du bist kommunikationsstark, organisierst dich und andere mit Leichtigkeit und übernimmst gerne proaktiv Verantwortung.
  • Deine Flexibilität: Du bist bereit für gelegentliche Reisen zu unseren Kunden – den Rest steuerst du flexibel aus dem Office in Greven oder dem Homeoffice.
