  • Verantwortung für den Vertrieb unserer ERP-Lösungen im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen übernehmen und unsere Vertriebsorganisation gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickeln.
  • Ein kleines, erfahrenes Vertriebsteam führen und gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mitarbeiten.
  • Kundengespräche begleiten, komplexe Vertriebsprozesse unterstützen und aus individuellen Stärken ein erfolgreiches Team formen.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team pragmatische und funktionierende Vertriebsprozesse etablieren, die nachhaltiges Wachstum ermöglichen.
  • Eng mit Produktmanagement, Consulting und weiteren Bereichen zusammenarbeiten, um passende Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen zu entwickeln.
  • Struktur, Verbindlichkeit und Klarheit in unsere Vertriebsarbeit bringen und den Aufbau einer skalierbaren Sales-Organisation aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Potenziale bei Neu- und Bestandskunden erkennen und gemeinsam mit dem Team passende Vertriebsansätze entwickeln.
  • Als Teil eines cross-funktionalen Leadership-Teams aktiv am Unternehmenserfolg mitwirken.
  • Den weiteren Ausbau unseres Vertriebsteams mitgestalten und perspektivisch Recruiting sowie Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen unterstützen.
  • Nicht nur strategisch denken, sondern operativ mit anpacken

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Software- oder ERP-Lösungen sowie Sicherheit im komplexen B2B-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung im ERP-, Software- oder Projektgeschäft und ein gutes Verständnis beratungsintensiver Vertriebsprozesse.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in eine größere Führungsverantwortung zu gehen.
  • Freude daran, operativ mitzuarbeiten, nah an Kund:innen zu sein und das Team aktiv im Vertriebsalltag zu unterstützen.
  • Ein teamorientierter und kooperativer Arbeitsstil mit Fokus auf gemeinsamen Erfolg statt Einzelkämpfertum.
  • Freude daran, in dynamischen und sich entwickelnden Organisationsstrukturen aktiv mit aufzubauen.
  • Pragmatismus, Umsetzungsstärke und eine hohe Eigenverantwortung im täglichen Arbeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten – von Kund:innen bis zum Leadership-Team.
  • Interesse an den Herausforderungen im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen oder die Bereitschaft, sich tief in unsere Branche einzuarbeiten.
  • Den Wunsch, sich perspektivisch weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam mit uns eine moderne und leistungsfähige Vertriebsorganisation aufzubauen.
