Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Service, Informationssicherheit und unseren Fachbereichen. Deine Kernaufgabe ist es, Incidents souverän zu steuern, unsere IT-Sicherheitsstrukturen (ISMS, ISO 27001) strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und eine sichere, prozessorientierte IT-Landschaft zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Incident & Vulnerability Management: Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Störungen und Security Incidents, Ursachenanalyse sowie die Bewertung von Schwachstellen (z. B. CVEs, Security Advisories).
  • Informationssicherheit (ISMS): Aktiver Ausbau unseres ISMS nach ISO 27001, Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und konsequente Nachverfolgung sicherheitsrelevanter Maßnahmen.
  • Prozess- & Projektsteuerung: Leitung interner IT- und Security-Projekte, Begleitung von Changes und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Service-Prozesse.
  • Consulting & Sparring: Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Security-Themen und Unterstützung bei der Etablierung von "Secure-by-Design"-Ansätzen (in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Teams).

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Erfahrung & Fokus: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service- oder ISMS-Umfeld mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt auf IT-Security (fundiertes Know-how in sicheren Strukturen und Prozessen ist hier entscheidend).
  • Fachwissen: Tiefes Verständnis für Vulnerability- und IT-Risikomanagement sowie solide Kenntnisse im Bereich ISO 27001.
  • Tech-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) und modernen Arbeitsplatzlösungen. Ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Service-Prozessen (z.B. ITIL) ist hilfreich, aber keine starre Voraussetzung.
  • Persönlichkeit: Analytisches, risikoorientiertes Denken, sicheres Stakeholder-Management und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten.

Nice To Have:

  • Einschlägige Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM oder ITIL Foundation).
  • Erfahrung mit Security-Lösungen (MS Defender, Sentinel) oder Endpoint-Management (Baramundi).
  • Kenntnisse in Jira Service Management oder Secure Software Development

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit – auch bei komplexen oder kritischen Themen
