Als Senior QA Engineer bist du nicht nur für das Finden von Fehlern zuständig, sondern der strategische Kopf hinter unserer Softwarequalität. Du treibst unsere Automatisierungsinitiativen voran und stellst sicher, dass unsere Prozesse effizient, modern und zukunftssicher aufgestellt sind.

  • Vision & Automatisierung: Du bist der treibende Motor auf unserem Weg in Richtung Testautomatisierung und CI/CD und begleitest das Team aktiv bei dieser Transformation.
  • Strategie & Konzeption: Du erstellst, verantwortest und optimierst die ganzheitliche Teststrategie sowie das Testkonzept für unsere Softwarelösungen.
  • Agile Zusammenarbeit: In enger Abstimmung mit Product Ownern und Entwicklern analysierst du komplexe Anforderungen und leitest daraus zielsicher die passenden Testfälle ab.
  • Testdurchführung & Dokumentation: Du definierst präzise Testfälle, führst Testläufe durch und stellst eine lückenlose, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sicher.
  • Prozesssteuerung & Optimierung: Du überwachst und steuerst die Testprozesse, garantierst höchste Softwarequalität und bringst deine Expertise kontinuierlich ein, um unsere Testmethoden und -werkzeuge (Tech-Stack: Java, JavaScript, GitLab) zu verbessern.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Software Testing sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsmethoden
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Routine im Umgang mit Testmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira XRay)
  • Praxiserprobte Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung (insbesondere mit Selenium, TestCafe und JUnit)
  • Solide Grundkenntnisse in Java sowie Vertrautheit mit gängigen Entwicklungsumgebungen (z. B. Visual Studio Code, Eclipse)
