Unterstütze uns im Service und Support der nts.suite, einer Software, die in der Energiewirtschaft Maßstäbe setzt, und hilf unseren Kunden bei der Lösung ihrer täglichen Herausforderungen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Kundenbetreuung: Du bearbeitest Support-Tickets in den Bereichen Marktkommunikation, Verbrauchsabrechnung, Invoice, Gerätemanagement und Workforce.
  • Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung: Du identifizierst Probleme, ordnest die Tickets den richtigen Modulen zu und findest Lösungen, um unseren Kunden zu helfen.
  • Dokumentation: Du hältst alle Schritte der Problembehandlung und Lösungen sorgfältig fest, um unseren Kunden stets die beste Unterstützung zu bieten.
  • Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kollegen und den Entwicklern zusammen, um Tickets zu bearbeiten und Lösungen zu finden.
  • Remote Support: Du setzt Tools wie Anydesk und Teamviewer ein, um unseren Kunden direkt und effizient zu helfen.
  • Priorisierung: Du kümmerst dich um die Priorisierung der Tickets und behandelst sie je nach Wichtigkeit des Kunden.
  • Lernbereitschaft: Du bist offen, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und stets dazuzulernen.
