Als Unit Transformation Partner / Agile Coach gestaltest Du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Product Unit aktiv mit. Als Partner:in des Leadership Teams stärkst Du Führung, Zusammenarbeit und Selbstorganisation und sorgst dafür, dass Transformation im Arbeitsalltag wirksam wird.

  • Du begleitest die Organisationsentwicklung der Product Unit und entwickelst agile Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Als „Flow Authority“ optimierst Du gemeinsam mit dem Leadership Team den Value- und Team-Flow und unterstützt eine wirksame Strategieumsetzung.
  • Du stärkst Leadership, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Zusammenarbeit und coachst Führungskräfte und Teams in ihrer Entwicklung.
  • Du gestaltest und moderierst Workshops, Trainings und Veränderungsformate und setzt gezielte systemische Interventionen ein.
  • Im SAFe-Kontext übernimmst Du Verantwortung im Sinne eines Release Train Engineers (RTE) und unterstützt Planung, Synchronisation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Du arbeitest mit anderen Transformation Partnern und Communities an unitübergreifenden Transformationsprinzipien und Skalierungsansätzen.
  • Du setzt auf Empowerment und Selbstorganisation statt auf fertige Antworten – und befähigst Teams und Führungskräfte, ihre Organisation nachhaltig selbst weiterzuentwickeln:

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach, Transformation Partner, Organisationsentwickler:in, RTE oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Prinzipien und Arbeitsweisen sowie Erfahrung mit SAFe, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine RTE-Ausbildung oder -Zertifizierung.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Organisationsentwicklung, Change und Transformation sowie Erfahrung mit systemischen Ansätzen.
  • Souveränität in Facilitation, Workshop- und Trainingsdesign sowie individuellem und Team-Coaching.
  • Empathie, Konfliktfähigkeit und Reflexionsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und Veränderungen konstruktiv zu begleiten.
  • Ausgeprägtes Business Acumen und Leadership-Verständnis – Du denkst unternehmerisch, kommunizierst klar und stärkst Empowerment und Selbstorganisation.
