Estamos en búsqueda de un/a profesional para el rol de Account Executive que se incorporará al equipo comercial para identificar, cualificar y generar oportunidades de negocio para la organización.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Prospección activa de mercado mediante llamadas en frío, email y redes sociales para generar leads cualificados.
  • Cualificación de oportunidades según criterios definidos (BANT, MEDDIC u otros procesos internos).
  • Programación y coordinación de reuniones entre leads cualificados y el equipo de ventas o account executives.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de contacto y el estado de las oportunidades en el CRM.
  • Colaborar con marketing para optimizar campañas y mejorar la conversión de leads.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de actividad y métricas (número de contactos, reuniones cerradas, tasa de conversión).
  • Participar en sesiones de feedback para mejorar scripts, mensajes y procesos comerciales.

Requerimientos:

  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para adaptar el discurso a distintos interlocutores.
  • Orientación a resultados, organización y capacidad para gestionar un alto volumen de actividad.
  • Nivel de inglés profesional valorado (hablado y escrito).
  • Actitud proactiva, resiliente y orientada al trabajo en equipo.
