Importante grupo empresarial referente en el sector de la movilidad y automoción, con una sólida trayectoria y presencia consolidada en el mercado, busca incorporar a su equipo de Recursos Humanos a un/a Técnico/a de Selección.

🛠️ ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Selección de personal

  • Gestión integral de procesos: Liderazgo de vacantes técnicas, operativas y middle management.
  • Partner de Negocio: Toma de requisitos con managers y definición del perfil ideal.
  • Sourcing Estratégico: Publicación de ofertas y búsqueda activa (LinkedIn Recruiter, bases de datos y networking).
  • Evaluación experta: Criba curricular, entrevistas por competencias y elaboración de informes.
  • Seguimiento: Acompañamiento continuo del candidato hasta el cierre de la posición.

Candidate experience, onboarding y offboarding

  • Garantizar una experiencia excelente para el candidato durante todo el proceso.
  • Participación en programas de onboarding y acogida de nuevas incorporaciones.
  • Seguimiento de nuevos empleados para asegurar su correcta integración.
  • Gestión de procesos de offboarding y análisis de entrevistas de salida.

Proyectos de talento y HR

  • Colaboración activa en proyectos de gestión y desarrollo del talento.
  • Elaboración y actualización de Descripciones de Puesto (DPT’s) y organigramas.
  • Participación en iniciativas de mejora de procesos y Employer Branding.

Gestión de estudiantes en prácticas

  • Coordinación con universidades y centros formativos.
  • Gestión y control de convenios de prácticas.
  • Tutorización y gestión administrativa asociada.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?

Formación y Experiencia

  • Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, RRHH o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en selección (empresa final o consultoría).
  • Experiencia gestionando perfiles operativos, técnicos y mandos intermedios.

Idiomas y Herramientas

  • Castellano y Catalán: Nivel alto / Nativo.
  • Inglés: Mínimo nivel B2.
  • Dominio de LinkedIn Recruiter y ATS.
