Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Grupo, sus tareas principales serán:

  • Gestionar y dirigir a los equipos, asignando los recursos de personal a las obras en construcción.
  • Controlar la ejecución de las obras asignadas, en plazos, coste, calidad, medio ambiente y prevención.
  • Aprobar la contratación de materiales, subcontratas y optimización de los costes.
  • Seguimientos mensuales de las obras en curso.
  • Controlar las desviaciones tanto en costes como en ejecución de obras en curso.
  • Negociación con los subcontratistas para la ejecución de las unidades de obra.
  • Interlocución con la Dirección de Obra.
  • Mantener firmada la documentación preventiva de las obras a su cargo.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Estudios de arquitectura técnica o Ingeniería en Obras públicas, Civil o Caminos, Canales y Puerto.
  • Experiencia previa como Jefe/a de Grupo en proyectos de Edificación de al menos 4 años.
  • Formación básica en PRL (60 horas).
  • Conocimientos de Presto nivel usuario, Autocad nivel medio y Navision nivel medio/alto. Inglés alto (C1).
