Sobre el cliente:

Nuestro cliente es una destacada multinacional industrial, líder en la fabricación de soluciones de vidrio de alta calidad. Para su división especializada en componentes industriales para el sector energético, se encuentra en proceso de expansión y fortalecimiento de su estructura operativa. Con el fin de liderar la estrategia de la cadena de suministro en su planta de Segovia, buscamos un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de operaciones logísticas.

Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a Responsable de Planificación, Programación y Customer Service. Su misión principal será la dirección estratégica y operativa de la cadena de suministro interna, coordinando al equipo a su cargo para maximizar la productividad de la fábrica, garantizando una excelente orientación al cliente y optimizando el nivel de servicio (OTIF).

Las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán:

  • Liderazgo de Equipo: coordinar, formar y gestionar al personal de planificación y atención al cliente bajo su responsabilidad, promoviendo la estandarización de procesos y la polivalencia del equipo.
  • Planificación Estratégica: supervisar la planificación integral del producto base y decorado, determinando prioridades críticas y asignación eficiente de recursos mediante sistemas avanzados de gestión de la demanda.
  • Análisis de Carga de Planta: realizar el seguimiento continuo de la capacidad productiva de la empresa, elaborando informes ejecutivos y tomando decisiones correctoras en escenarios de exceso o falta de carga.
  • Gestión de Conflictos: resolver de manera proactiva las limitaciones técnicas de producción o los conflictos del personal, equilibrando siempre la productividad industrial con las demandas comerciales.
  • Optimización Financiera y Operativa: definir las acciones correctoras frente a las desviaciones de stock, liderando los procedimientos para disminuir el Lead Time y el fondo de maniobra.
  • Relación con Clientes: desarrollar canales de comunicación eficientes con los clientes clave, asegurando un servicio de alto valor añadido.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia Sólida experiencia demostrable de al menos 8 años liderando departamentos de planificación, programación de la producción y procesos S&OP en plantas industriales. Experiencia contrastada en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo directos.
  • Formación Grado Universitario en Ingeniería, Organización Industrial, Dirección de Operaciones o similar. Formación de postgrado en Supply Chain Management será altamente valorada.
  • Idiomas Bilingue en Español Nivel C1 en Inglés Un tercer idioma europeo sería un plus
  • Competencias Imprescindible experiencia avanzada y estratégica con SAP IBP como herramienta clave para la planificación integrada del negocio. Dominio de Excel a nivel Experto para el análisis de escenarios logísticos complejos y reporting. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y mediación de conflictos. Pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados financieros de operaciones y visión de negocio (Customer Centric).
