Con una presencia consolidada en cientos de puntos de venta a nivel nacional, actualmente se encuentran en pleno proceso de expansión europea. Su propuesta de valor combina hardware conectado, pantallas digitales e integraciones con sistemas de gestión para transformar digitalmente el punto de venta.

Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un Senior Full-Stack Developer para integrarse en un equipo de desarrollo multidisciplinar en Sant Cugat del Vallès. En este rol, serás un referente técnico clave, participando en la estabilización y mejora continua de una plataforma de alta disponibilidad, además del desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades.

Tus funciones principales incluirán:

  • Aportar ideas y criterio técnico en decisiones de arquitectura de software y análisis funcional.
  • Traducir las necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas sólidas, documentadas y mantenibles.
  • Colaborar activamente en el día a día con el equipo de desarrollo, aportando know-how a perfiles junior y mid-senior.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable como developer en entornos de producción con alta disponibilidad.
  • Trayectoria en proyectos multidisciplinares con estándares de calidad y procesos estructurados.
  • Experiencia consolidada en el uso de: Node.js, React, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, Socket.io y GitLab (CI/CD).
  • Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento en Kubernetes, Docker, dispositivos IoT, protocolos MQTT, Redis y microservicios.

Formación:

  • Formación técnica orientada al desarrollo de software y sistemas.
  • Hábito consolidado de documentación técnica: arquitecturas, APIs y procesos (OpenAPI, Confluence, Notion).

Idiomas:

  • Inglés técnico suficiente para la lectura de documentación, escritura de código comentado y comunicación con proveedores.

Competencias:

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar decisiones técnicas con criterio propio.
  • Actitud colaborativa y comunicación clara.
  • Fuerte orientación a la calidad: testing, revisión de código y atención al detalle.
