Sobre el client Un important grup empresarial de referència en el sector de la mobilitat i l’automoció, amb una trajectòria sòlida i una presència consolidada al mercat, vol incorporar al seu equip de Recursos Humans un/a Tècnic/a de Selecció. 🛠️ Què faràs en el teu dia a dia? Selecció de personal

  • Gestió integral dels processos: lideratge de vacants tècniques, operatives i de middle management.
  • Partner de negoci: recollida de requisits amb els managers i definició del perfil ideal.
  • Sourcing estratègic: publicació d’ofertes i cerca activa de professionals mitjançant LinkedIn Recruiter, bases de dades i networking.
  • Avaluació experta: cribratge curricular, entrevistes per competències i elaboració d’informes.
  • Seguiment: acompanyament continu de la persona candidata fins al tancament de la posició.

Candidate experience, onboarding i offboarding

  • Garantir una experiència excel·lent a les persones candidates durant tot el procés.
  • Participar en programes d’onboarding i acollida de les noves incorporacions.
  • Fer el seguiment de les noves incorporacions per garantir-ne una integració adequada.
  • Gestionar els processos d’offboarding i analitzar les entrevistes de sortida.

Projectes de talent i Recursos Humans

  • Col·laborar activament en projectes de gestió i desenvolupament del talent.
  • Elaborar i actualitzar descripcions de llocs de treball i organigrames.
  • Participar en iniciatives de millora de processos i Employer Branding.

Gestió d’estudiants en pràctiques

  • Coordinar-se amb universitats i centres formatius.
  • Gestionar i supervisar els convenis de pràctiques.
  • Fer la tutorització i gestionar els tràmits administratius associats.

🎯 Què busquem? Formació i experiència

  • Grau en Psicologia, Relacions Laborals, Recursos Humans o similar.
  • Experiència mínima de dos o tres anys en selecció, ja sigui en empresa final o consultoria.
  • Experiència en la gestió de perfils operatius, tècnics i comandaments intermedis.

Idiomes i eines

  • Castellà i català: nivell alt o nadiu.
  • Anglès: nivell mínim B2.
  • Domini de LinkedIn Recruiter i eines ATS.
