Nuestro cliente es una joint venture internacional de referencia en el ámbito del diagnóstico molecular e in vitro (IVD), nacida de la alianza estratégica entre un grupo global especializado en diagnóstico de salud con sede en Barcelona y una compañía multinacional de biotecnología líder en tecnología de PCR cuantitativa y diagnóstico sindrómico.

Se especializa en el desarrollo de ensayos de PCR en tiempo real y diagnóstico sindrómico para enfermedades infecciosas, combinando innovación de vanguardia y automatización para responder a las necesidades cambiantes de la salud pública.

Descripción del puesto:

Bajo la supervisión de la jefatura de departamento, te encargarás de la ejecución de ensayos y experimentos de laboratorio, la preparación de reactivos y equipos, la recogida y análisis de datos, y el mantenimiento general del entorno de laboratorio conforme a las normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Ejecución de ensayos: Realizar pruebas, experimentos y procedimientos de laboratorio de acuerdo con los protocolos y la formación recibida.
  • Registro y análisis de datos: Compilar datos experimentales, realizar cálculos necesarios y registrar de forma precisa los resultados en el cuaderno de laboratorio (electrónico o papel).
  • Comunicación de avances: Reportar periódicamente los resultados, incidencias o progresos del proyecto a la persona responsable.
  • Colaboración metodológica: Participar activamente en la selección y optimización de métodos analíticos y experimentales.
  • Mantenimiento y gestión del laboratorio: Configurar, calibrar y operar equipamiento de laboratorio general y especializado. Mantener el laboratorio limpio, ordenado y adecuadamente abastecido de material y reactivos. Tramitar solicitudes de compra de suministros cuando sea necesario.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: Trabajar de manera rigurosa bajo el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de calidad, seguridad laboral y medio ambiente.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Formación académica: Requerido: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio (CFGM) en ciencias, sanidad, laboratorio o disciplina afin, complementado con experiencia demostrable en laboratorio químico, biológico o sanitario. Valorable: Titulaciones superiores adicionales en el área científica/sanitaria.
  • Experiencia técnica: Experiencia previa en áreas como biología molecular, bioquímica, automatización de laboratorios o analizadores clínicos.
  • Idiomas: Español o Catalán fluido. Inglés nivel intermedio (comprensión lectora, conversación y redacción básica).
  • Herramientas informáticas: Dominio del paquete Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Se valorarán conocimientos básicos de SAP.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad puntual para viajes esporádicos o estancias breves en laboratorios externos.

  • Trabajo en equipo y flexibilidad: Capacidad para colaborar activamente y prestar soporte a diferentes miembros del departamento.

  • Comunicación: Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para el reporte continuo de resultados.
