OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO/ MISIÓN:

Analizar y elaborar estudios técnicos y económicos que garanticen la viabilidad, eficiencia y rentabilidad de los proyectos constructivos, aportando valor estratégico.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

- Estudio de la oferta y análisis de la documentación técnica de la propuesta para la posterior planificación y elaboración de la misma.

- Elaboración de la oferta: técnica, económica y administrativa, para presentar al cliente.

- Proponer alternativas a las propuestas del proyecto.

- Coordinar la propuesta de logística e implantación, fases y zonificación de obra. Planificación Lean.

- Realizar las peticiones de ofertas a industriales y hacer el seguimiento de las mismas. Gestión de proveedores.

- Participar en la creación de la documentación necesaria para la presentación de la oferta.

- Identificar los colaboradores fundamentales/estratégicos (proveedores) para la licitación y ejecución de proyectos y gestionar con Compras la integración desde el inicio del mismo.

- Participar del traspaso de información del proyecto de Estudios a Operaciones.

- Extraer los intereses preventivos, de calidad y ambientales del cliente para trasladarlos, junto con

los propios del grupo, a la licitación.

Seguridad, Salud, Calidad y Medio Ambiente:

- Seguridad y EPIs: Cumplir con las normas de la obra/oficina y usar correctamente los Equipos de Protección Individual.

- Prevención activa: Mantener el orden, aplicar las medidas preventivas del puesto y reportar (o detener) cualquier situación de riesgo.

- Emergencias y formación: Conocer el plan de evacuación y participar en las formaciones obligatorias.

- Sostenibilidad: Cumplir y fomentar las buenas prácticas ambientales de la empresa.

FORMACIÓN O TITULACIONES DESEABLES

Arquitectura Técnica o Superior / Ingeniería Obras Públicas / Ingeniero CCyP / Ingeniería industrial / Ingeniería Técnica.

CONOCIMIENTOS

• HERRAMIENTAS: Presto (nivel alto), Rib 4 (nivel alto ),AutoCAD (nivel medio), Office (nivel alto), Herramientas BIM (nivel medio).

• IDIOMAS: Imprescindible inglés (nivel alto)

• Lean Construction. Sostenibilidad y Construcción circular

• Normas ISO 9001, 14001 y 45001.

• Experiencia previa de 3 años en puestos similar. Valorable experiencia

previa en obra.
