Asiakasyrityksemme PostNord Oy toimittaa viestintä-, logistiikka-, jakelu- ja verkkokaupparatkaisuja Pohjoismaihin, Pohjoismaista ja Pohjoismaissa. Voit kohdata PostNordin, kun vastaanotat verkkokaupasta tilaamasi farkut tai kun autosi huolletaan varaosilla, jotka PostNord toimittaa. Saatat törmätä PostNordin sinivalkoisiin väreihin tien päällä tai vaikkapa lähikaupassasi. PostNordin tiimissä pääset työskentelemään ammattitaitoisten kollegojen kanssa asiakaspalvelukeskus Reaktilla Fuengirolassa.

Etsimme nyt reippaita asiakaspalvelijoita määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen joulun 2026 sesonkiin!

Päätehtävänä on puhelimitse ja asiakkuudenhallintajärjestelmämme kautta tapahtuva asiakaspalvelu lähetysten aikatauluihin, uudelleentoimituksiin sekä poikkeustilanteisiin liittyen. Työaika sijoittuu arkipäiville kello 7 ja 17 välille.

Tehtävä on kokoaikainen (39 h/vko) ja määräaikainen (3 kk). Työhön valmistava perehdytys alkaa 13.10.2026, ja työsuhde päättyy tammikuussa 2027.

Tehtävään valitulta odotamme:

  • hyviä asiakaspalvelu- ja viestintätaitoja
  • MS Office -ohjelmien hyvää hallintaa
  • kykyä omaksua uusia asioita nopeasti
  • hyvää paineensietokykyä sekä valmiutta työskennellä ajoittain hektisessä ympäristössä
  • sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen suullista ja kirjallista taitoa.

Asiakaspalvelukeskuksemme Fuengirolassa työllistävät suomalaisia työntekijöitä erilaisiin asiakaspalvelutehtäviin ympärivuorokautisesti 24/7/365. Modernit ja valoisat toimistomme sijaitsevat Fuengirolassa, loistavien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Palvelemme asiakkaitamme mm. postipalveluiden asiakaspalvelussa, taksikyytien välityksessä sekä verkkokauppojen asiakaspalveluun liittyvissä asioissa.

Reakt tarjoaa työntekijöilleen kilpailukykyisen palkan. Yrityksessä ei ole provisiopalkkausta, vaan käytössä on kannustepalkkiomalli pohjapalkan lisäksi (keskiansio n. 1700€/kk).

Meille tärkeää ei ole ikä, koulutustausta tai elämäntilanne, vaan elämäniloinen asenne.
