Bien, aquí te explicaremos en que consiste nuestro equipo y como trabaja, de tal forma que si te gusta lo que lees, puedas aplicar para cuando tengamos una vacante abierta nos pongamos en contacto contigo.

¿Cómo es nuestro equipo?

El Equipo de Marketing de Witei tiene como objetivo dar la mayor difusión posible a qué es y qué hacen nuestros productos. Ni un sola empresa en el mundo debe despertarse por las mañanas sin saber qué es Witei.

Durante la creación de procesos del equipo, se involucra a cada persona en un brainstorm en el cual aportan las ideas más locas con el objetivo de conseguir el proceso más creativo posible.

¿Te gusta dedicar un momento de tu día a indagar e investigar para aumentar tu aprendizaje? En nuestro Equipo de Marketing utilizan la happy hour, en la cual se pueden enfocar durante un tiempo a leer artículos, ver y conocer blogs, visualizar vídeos, con el objetivo de captar nuevas ideas, investigar sobre nuevas tendencias, y poder aplicarlo en las campañas de Witei. ¡Alimenta con nosotros tu conocimiento y cuéntanos qué quieres hacer! 🙂

Somos conscientes que el gran trabajo y esfuerzo que se realiza en el Equipo de Marketing, genera el mayor de los impactos sobre el aumento del número de usuarios que utilizan nuestros servicios.

Aunque SEO y SEM son realmente importantes, no lo es todo. Es fundamental mantener un contacto constante con los clientes para conocer qué es lo que van necesitando en todo momento o qué intereses tiene para construir un mayor impacto en Marketing. Nuestra premisa es pensar antes en el cliente, que en nuestro posicionamiento: esa es nuestra verdad, no vendemos el qué hacemos si no el por qué lo hacemos.

Queremos hacer entender qué es Witei y transmitir su imagen de manera homogénea a todo el mundo.

¿Qué obtendrás trabajando en Witei? Las funciones del puesto son:

  • Optimización PPC.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de las visitas que tiene nuestra pag web.
  • Creción de textos para las campañas.
  • Gestión de presupuestos.
  • Analizar estadisticas de tráfico, adquisición, conversion, comportamiento del cliente.
  • Creación de landing pages a donde apuntan los anuncios.
  • Desarrollo de copies para campañas y landings.
  • Análisis de competencia.
  • Identificación de nuevas oportunidades y keywords para maximizar el ROI.
  • Generar audiacias para detectar posibles segmentaciones en campañas.
  • Creación de nuevas campañas y seguimiento de las existentes
  • Marketing inbound (cursos, guías, infografía, artículos, vídeos, Whitepapers...)
  • Disño de campañas de correo a través de mailchimp e intercom
  • Formaciónes en el canal de Youtube
  • Realización de vídeos promocionales
  • Estrategias SEO (arquitectura web, linkbuilding...)
  • Definición de estrategias para nuevos productos/features

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc
  • Alta capacidad analítica
  • Nivel alto de Google Analytics y Google Data Studio
  • Visión estratégica
  • Experiencia en Marketing Digital B2B de 2-4 años en SEM o SEO
  • Inglés muy alto
