¿Cómo es nuestro equipo?

Witei es una proptech enfocada en el desarrollo de productos para transformar radicalmente el sector inmobiliario, utilizando las tecnologías y las metodologías ágiles más eficientes.

¿Cuál es nuestro secreto? Tener a los mejores y proporcionarles un entorno de confianza, transparencia y colaboración que les permita desarrollarse al máximo.

Nuestro Equipo de Producto involucra backenders, full-stack, UX, UI y frontenders. Se trabaja analizando todas las ideas propias del equipo y sugerencias que recibimos desde nuestros usuarios (¡usamos Canny para ello!) y traduciéndolas en feature requests.

Nuestro equipo mantiene un ciclo de trabajo cuyos sprints se basan en las metodologías ágiles de Scrum y Kanban, eligiendo lo mejor de cada una de ellas. Además, con el objetivo de conseguir la mejor calidad del código que se genera en el proceso de desarrollo, se realizan code reviews en Github. Ésto es parte del ADN de su flujo de trabajo, fomentando un feedback constante entre los miembros del grupo, asegurando que todo el equipo esté en sintonía y permitiendo que los nuevos compañeros se adapten más rápidamente a las best practices establecidas.

Apostamos por herramientas y tecnologías incluidas en un modelo de continuous delivery, de tal modo que en Witei se realiza entre 4 y 5 deploys al día.

We <3 Open Source. Uno de nuestros más recientes proyectos ha sido desarrollado usando un cliente de API que hemos liberado:

  • PyDomibus

Roles dentro del equipo:

  • Backend: Implementación y mantenimiento de funcionalidad, refactorizando cuando sea necesario. Diseño de nuevas APIs y optimización de queries.
  • Frontend: Optimización e implementación de interfaces, analizándolas y redefiniendo las que ya existen. Colaboración directa tanto con UX/UI designer como con Backend.
  • UX/UI Designer: Investigación de la usabilidad para encontrar y corregir puntos débiles. Diseño y revisión de flujos e interfaces.
