¿Cómo es nuestro equipo?

Somos conscientes que el mayor valor de Witei son sus personas. Son la base del proyecto. Desde el equipo de Talento tenemos la oportunidad de conocerlas y profundizar, llevándonos un trocito de cada una de ellas.

Los integrantes de este equipo trabajan diariamente para encontrar grandes profesionales llenos de entusiasmo, y gente excepcional dispuesta a asumir con nosotros nuevos retos.

La gestión referente a vacaciones, nóminas y justificantes la tenemos totalmente automatizada y centralizada en Woffu, nuestra herramienta de control laboral.

Desde el Equipo de Talento, se mentoriza a los nuevos miembros durante su etapa de onboarding en el proyecto de Witei, asegurando que todas las personas que entran por nuestra puerta se den cuenta de que a donde vienen es a un entorno de confianza, transparencia y colaboración, y que se les acompaña durante todo su periodo de adaptación. Además, para nosotros, el ambiente de trabajo es muy importante así que quién mejor que este equipo para definir y aplicar estrategias para mantener un buen clima laboral y una satisfacción entre todas las personas que forman parte de Witei.

Todos los miembros de este equipo colaboran para sacar sus proyectos adelante, de tal modo que mantienen un ciclo de trabajo organizado por sprints que duran 15 días y que se basan principalmente en las metodologías de trabajo Scrum y Kanban, utilizando lo mejor de cada una de ellas. Además, con el objetivo de que todo el equipo esté en sintonía, todos los integrantes de éste colaboran realizando dailies cada mañana, de tal modo que cada persona involucrada expone las tareas realizadas en el día anterior y lo que tienen por hacer, además de los motivos que les bloquea en el desempeño de algún punto en concreto. De este modo, se fomenta un feedback constante entre los compañeros del equipo y permite que los nuevos miembros conozcan y se adapten rápidamente al ritmo del grupo de trabajo.

¿Qué obtendrás trabajando en Witei?

Las funciones del puesto son:

  • Selección de los diversos perfiles del equipo (IT, Marketing, Soporte y Talento)
  • Clima laboral
  • Employer branding
  • Administración laboral (contratos, sanciones, despidos, control horario, vacaciones, etc.)
  • Formación y desarrollo
  • PRL y LOPD

Buscamos personas con ganas de seguir creciendo dentro del mundo de los Recursos Humanos, con una alta orientación hacia las personas. Que pueda aportar un valor añadido al equipo proponiendo nuevas actuaciones que permitan mejorar cada día.
