Tu misión va a ser:

Atender a los/as clientes ofreciéndoles el mejor servicio y productos y mantener la Tienda Sueca y el área de Bistro en perfectas condiciones para lograr los objetivos de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria vigente y los procedimientos de IKEA Food.

Tus funciones:

1. Elaborar productos fríos y calientes y cumplir con las cantidades que deben estar a la venta, manteniendo el surtido a lo largo del día. Así como mantener en perfecto estado la maquinaria y mobiliario del área. 2. Atender, ofrecer los productos y facturar a los/as clientes/as, minimizando el tiempo de espera. 3. Garantizar que la Tienda Sueca dispone del surtido necesario para la venta y mantener la vitrina ordenada y limpia, realizando la reposición durante la jornada de aquellos artículos utilizados y consumidos por los/as clientes/as. 4. Mantener todos los productos bien etiquetados y con la comunicación adecuada (ingredientes, alérgenos, etc.), para su venta e informar al Team Leader del área en caso de incidencia. 5. Cumplir con la normativa sanitaria vigente (APPCC, ASC y MSC) y realizar registros de los equipos según la normativa APPCC y sanitaria vigente para garantizar la calidad, higiene, adecuada rotación y presentación de los productos. 6. Conocer las características del surtido y de los productos que se venden en el área, los 3 ases y 1 rey, y las preguntas frecuentes. 7. Realizar inventarios mensuales, según las indicaciones del Manager de IKEA Food. 8. Gestionar los residuos teniendo en cuenta la normativa interna de reciclaje. 9. Dar apoyo a otras áreas de IKEA Food en caso necesario.

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en puestos de atención al cliente. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana. - Imprescindible conocimiento en manipulación de alimentos.
