Requirements

About the role You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise agribusinesses and help each one realise the value of Onside. You'll set goals with them that fit their business and seasons, and help their people and contractors make Onside part of every day on site. Before each renewal, you'll show them the return.

Customers who see that value renew and recommend us, and that's the outcome you'll own. Account health shows you where to step in early. When they're ready for more, you'll include the Territory Manager to upsell. The feedback you gather will shape our roadmap.

You'll bring

  • Experience helping mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS customers realise value
  • A track record of customers who renew year after year
  • Experience lifting adoption across multi-site customers
  • Comfort using health and usage data to set priorities
  • Confidence building success plans with senior stakeholders
