The posting

En Workana, estamos en la busqueda de un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack Semi-Senior (Node.js + Next.js) para uno de nuestros clientes en LATAM. El proyecto, centrado en una empresa tecnológica de pagos digitales en el sector educativo, con impacto directo en usuarios reales.

Tendrá la oportunidad de participar en el desarrollo y escalamiento de una plataforma utilizada por +10.000 usuarios en +40 instituciones.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar y mantener funcionalidades en dos productos: Wallet digital para pagos escolares y Plataforma de facturación escolar.
  • Implementar nuevas features end-to-end (frontend + backend).
  • Resolver incidentes de producción y realizar debugging en sistemas activos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a escuelas e instituciones usuarias.
  • Mantener y optimizar la infraestructura en AWS.
  • Asegurar calidad, seguridad y precisión en un entorno de software financiero.
  • Colaborar directamente con el equipo fundador en decisiones técnicas.

Requisitos clave:

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo fullstack.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Node.js (arquitectura de APIs / microservicios).
  • Experiencia trabajando con Next.js (idealmente versión 13/14+).
  • Bases de datos: MySQL / PostgreSQL.
  • Conocimiento en Arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Conocimiento en Debugging en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con cloud (preferentemente AWS).
  • Perfil resolutivo, con alta atención al detalle y autonomía.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (muy valorado).

Deseable:

  • Experiencia con AWS (ECS, RDS, CloudWatch).
  • Experiencia con Prisma, Supabase, Vercel.
  • Integraciones con pasarelas de pago (CyberSource, Yappy u otras).
  • Conocimiento en sistemas multi-tenant.
  • Experiencia en fintech o sistemas transaccionales.

Condiciones contractuales:

  • Modalidad: 100% remoto.
  • Jornada: Tiempo completo (8h día).
  • Compensación: hasta 2.400 USD mensuales.
  • Tipo de contrato: Contratista a través de Workana.
  • Duración: 12 meses, con posibilidad de renovación basado en buen desempeño.
  • Ubicación: América Latina.
