Einleitung

Infrastruktur gestalten statt nur betreiben

Für eine international aufgestellte Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Standorten weltweit suchen wir Verstärkung im Infrastruktur-Team am Standort Hamburg. Dabei geht es ausdrücklich nicht um eine reine Betriebsrolle. Gesucht wird jemand, der Verantwortung übernimmt, Infrastruktur weiterentwickelt und technische Themen aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT-Infrastruktur
  • Schwerpunkt auf Netzwerk-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Themen
  • Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen
  • Betreuung von Server-, Storage- und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Umfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Sicherheit und Infrastruktur

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Infrastruktur-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:Netzwerk & Security Microsoft 365 Active Directory / Entra ID Windows Server Virtualisierung Hybrid Cloud
  • Erfahrung in professionellen IT-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
