Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes deutsches Versicherungsunternehmen, das mit konsequenter Digitalisierung die Dokumentenprozesse auf ein neues Niveau hebt. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit technischem Know-how im Template Design, die die Brücke zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und Output Management schlägt.

Deine Aufgaben

Technische Umsetzung & Weiterentwicklung

  • Entwicklung, Wartung und Optimierung von Dokumentvorlagen und Textbausteinen im Output Management System (kwsoft Serie M/ - Tonic)
  • Umsetzung von Templates unterschiedlicher Komplexität – von Standard- bis Spezialfällen im Versicherungsumfeld

Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen

  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und dem Applikationsmanagement bei der Konzeption und technischen Umsetzung neuer Vorlagen
  • Pflege und Integration von Platzhaltern, Metadaten und Textbausteinen – inklusive Betreuung des Systems im laufenden Betrieb

Testing, Deployment & Support

  • Durchführung von Vorlagentests inkl. Testfallkonzeption, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation
  • Deployment in Staging- und Produktivumgebungen
  • 2nd-Level-Support im IT-Betrieb sowie Koordination des 3rd-Level-Supports mit Softwareherstellern und Dienstleistern

Dokumentation & Betrieb

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Betriebshandbücher und Benutzeranleitungen
  • Kontinuierliche technische Optimierung des Dokumentenerstellungsprozesses sowie systematische Fehlerbehebung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Medieninformatik, Technische Dokumentation, Kommunikation o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Output Management, Template Design oder Dokumentenmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Output-Management-Systemen wie M/TEXT, Tonic, Workbench oder ähnlichen Lösungen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für XML, Metadaten-Mapping und Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung in der Rollout-Planung und Testkonzeption für Templates
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
