Unser Auftraggeber ist eine international erfolgreiche Unternehmensgruppe mit Hauptsitz in Hamburg. Die IT nimmt dabei eine zentrale Rolle ein und schafft die Basis für effiziente Zusammenarbeit, hohe Servicequalität und nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Für die Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Führungsverantwortung mit technischem Verständnis verbindet und gemeinsam mit ihrem Team die IT von morgen gestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst ein 5-köpfiges IT-Infrastruktur-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und unterstützt Deine Mitarbeitenden in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Du stellst einen stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sicher
  • Du verantwortest die Servicequalität im Infrastruktur- und Supportumfeld und sorgst für die Einhaltung vereinbarter Service Levels
  • Du fungierst als technischer Sparringspartner für Dein Team und unterstützt bei komplexen Fragestellungen rund um Systemadministration, Workplace, Netzwerk und Collaboration
  • Du treibst Modernisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte voran und begleitest neue Technologien von der Idee bis in den produktiven Betrieb
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse, Standards und Strukturen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Themen rund um IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheitsmanagement und Business Continuity mit
  • Du begleitest Nachwuchstalente im Bereich Systemintegration und förderst deren Entwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung oder fachlichen Steuerung von Teams
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration
  • Gute praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory und modernen Workplace-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk, VPN, Firewall und IT-Security
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit PowerShell oder anderen Automatisierungswerkzeugen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine lösungsorientierte, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Zusammenarbeit und Veränderung

Kenntnisse in Azure, VMware, Linux, ITIL, Monitoring-Lösungen oder Microsoft Teams Telefonie sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
