Im Auftrag eines innovativen Technologieunternehmens (Produktionsunternehmen) suche ich aktuell einen Senior Systemadministrator / DevOps Specialist (gn), der Lust hat, Infrastruktur nicht nur zu betreiben, sondern aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und zu automatisieren. Das Unternehmen ist ein Hidden Champion/ Scale-Up.

Dich erwartet kein klassischer „Betrieb nach Schema F“, sondern ein Umfeld, in dem moderne Technologien, Automatisierung und Stabilität Hand in Hand gehen – mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen und technische Exzellenz.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT‑Operations, Development und Produktion und sorgst dafür, dass Systeme performant, sicher und skalierbar laufen. Dabei bringst Du aktiv Deine DevOps‑Ideen ein und treibst Automatisierung und Effizienz voran.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung moderner IT‑Infrastrukturen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von CI/CD‑Pipelines zur Automatisierung von Deployments
  • Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, Ansible) zur Standardisierung und Skalierung
  • Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Monitoring, Logging und Performance‑Optimierung komplexer Systeme
  • Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit und Security der Plattform
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Verbesserung von Systemarchitektur und Deployment-Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator oder DevOps Engineer
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Linux‑Umgebungen, Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Firewalls
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien, CI/CD und Automatisierung
  • Know-how in Monitoring, Logging und Performance‑Tuning
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud‑ oder hybriden Infrastrukturen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on‑Mentalität und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
